1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. The App does not have user accounts, does not send telemetry, does not use analytics SDKs, and does not contain advertising or tracking code.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following only on your device, in your local app container:
- Your game progress and unlocked levels
- Your local high-score data
- Settings (volume, music track, color palette, accessibility sound, countdown toggle, etc.)
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes it.
3. Apple Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center and use matchmaking or leaderboards on iOS, Apple handles the following on its own infrastructure:
- Authenticating you as a Game Center player
- Finding and connecting you to opponents
- Publishing your scores to Game Center leaderboards
- Displaying your Game Center alias / display name to opponents
Game Center is operated by Apple Inc. and is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not receive, store, or control your Game Center identifier on any server or database we operate.
4. Steamworks
Desktop Steam builds may use Steamworks for multiplayer, leaderboards, controller input, and player identity. Steam is operated by Valve Corporation and is governed by the Steam Privacy Policy. We do not operate servers that store your Steam identifier or match history.
5. Purchases
iOS builds may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock levels beyond Level 1. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. Desktop Steam purchases are processed by Steam. Your payment details are never shared with us; the store only informs the App whether the purchase succeeded so it can unlock content where applicable.
6. No Servers, No Backends
We operate no servers, APIs, or databases on behalf of the App. Nothing you do in Trivall results in data being sent to infrastructure we control. Online multiplayer traffic is routed by the active platform service.
7. Children's Privacy
Because we do not collect personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App in some unexpected way, please contact us via the active store listing and we will take appropriate action.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following services:
- Apple Game Center — for matchmaking and leaderboards.
- Steamworks — for desktop Steam multiplayer, leaderboards, controller support, and player identity.
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — for the in-app purchase flow.
These services are operated by their respective platform providers and are subject to their privacy policies. No other third-party SDK, analytics, or advertising network is integrated into the App.
9. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. For anything Apple holds about your Game Center or App Store activity, please refer to Apple's privacy tools in iOS Settings and at privacy.apple.com. For anything Valve holds about your Steam account activity, please refer to Steam's privacy controls and the Steam Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the App's behavior changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. If we ever begin to collect personal information, we will update this policy and, where required by law, seek your consent.
