1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Trivall™ (the "App") developed and published for iOS. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Usage Rules.
3. Free-to-Play & In-App Purchases
The App is free to download and play. The free tier includes:
- Level 1 in solo mode
- Level 1 in multiplayer mode (2–3 players via Apple Game Center)
- Access to Apple Game Center leaderboards
All remaining levels are unlocked via a single one-time in-app purchase ("Full Game Unlock"). In-app purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund and billing policies. We do not receive or store your payment information.
You may restore your Full Game Unlock on any iOS device signed in to the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchase" option in the paywall screen.
4. Apple Game Center
Multiplayer matchmaking, leaderboards, and player identity in the App are provided by Apple Game Center. Your use of those features is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. We do not operate any servers of our own, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your Game Center identifier or display name on any infrastructure we control.
5. No Accounts, No Servers
The App does not require you to create an account with us. We do not operate backend servers, databases, or analytics pipelines. All game state, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all local data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt multiplayer matches, including by cheating, exploiting bugs, or impersonating other players via Game Center; (c) use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its artwork, source code, sounds, trademarks, and content are owned by the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Trivall" and the Trivall logo are trademarks of the developer. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (OR USD $5 IF YOU DID NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE).
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by an in-App notice. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to multiplayer features if we believe you have violated these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. To the extent required by law, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
